The 100 foot maxi yacht Speedboat, which will be sailing in this year's Newport to Bermuda race starting tomorrow, was designed by Juan Kouyoumdjian, and will be skippered by Mike Sanderson. Eyes are on this yacht to beat the unofficial ‘open’ record set by Hasso Plattner’s canting keel MaxZ86 Morning Glory in 2004 of 48 hours, 28 minutes and 31 seconds.
